Air pollution by fine particles is a global issue. It is the main health risk and the main cause of non-communicable diseases, the second largest contributor to global warming (just after CO2), and with quantities of fine particles arriving in the ocean more than twice the amount of plastic waste, these particles are one of the main environmental pollutants.

On the occasion of the World Environment Day, a round table on this subject will be organized by IRD and l’Espace with the intervention of Xavier Mari, IRD researcher in Vietnam and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhat Thanh from the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University of Hanoi at l’Espace - Institut Français de Hanoi at 18:00 on June 05, 2020.
